Grown on the Glengarry vineyard in the Tamar Valley, Tasmania. Unfiltered and with minimal sulphur. 20 year old vines.
Clear favourite of the three individual vineyard releases, 94-95 straight up, woodsmoke and undergrowth, red and black cherry, velvety texture but with a bit of grunt and grain in behind. The strings are pulled tight but it’s still juicy and generous. Yes. This is excellent.
