Kelley Fox began her eponymous label in 2000 after leaving her PhD studies in biochemistry for a hands-on life in wine.
Her winemaking style is highly influenced by the time she spent alongside the late David Lett of The Eyrie Vineyards, a legendary figure and one of the pioneers of the Oregon wine industry.
She makes small batches of Pinot Noir from carefully, biodynamically tended vineyards. Her wines show finesse and drinkability across the range, with the voice of each vineyard ringing out true from each cuvee.
This 2015 release marked the first year Kelley utelised 100% whole bunches in the ferment of this wine, giving it an extra level of structure and detail than previous releases. It's a wonderful, elegant example of New World Pinot Noir and absolutely brilliant to drink.
