Hurley Vineyard Estate Pinot Noir, 2017 Mornington Peninsula, Victoria,
Semi translucent bright dark red colour with black tinged edges and a light crimson red hue. Perfumed aromas of ripe red cherries and strawberries infused with violets are followed by some light anise, fresh herbs, forest floor and spicy cedar. Light in body yet with an understated power, the palate is decorated with delicious ripe red to dark cherry and strawberry fruit which overlays a back drop of fresh herbs, forest floor, a subtle meatiness and spicy cedar. Supple mid palate feel with lively acidity, refined tannins and a long savoury aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years.
