About 20% of this sees skin contact. Building detail into the wine. Organic vineyards, creative winemaking. Spot on.
Waxy scents, pear whiffs, some banana skin notes, touch of bread dough. Good vibes in scents. Slippery texture, fuller white but with nice cut of acidity and delivery of stone fruit/pear flavour and racy acidity. Dollop of gris kinda vibes with vitality on its side. Spot on.
